David is our fearless leader and a 30-year champion of the events industry. He leads by example, always advocating for positive change. His energy drives our culture — he is the epitome of “First, Take Good Care of Each Other.”

Steve O’Malley, COO

Steve knows transformation — of people, process and experiences — to unleash the full potential. He champions experience design, enabling his team to create events like no other around the globe. Over the past 25 years, Steve has grown his career at Maritz, starting out as a Travel Director, now leading our overall operations.

Jackie Richards, Chief People Officer

Jackie is a people person. She inspires our leaders and employees through finding shared purpose. As the key architect in developing our cultural strategy and diversity initiative, Jackie keeps us on our toes, always looking for opportunities to Unleash Human Potential.

Greg Bogue, Chief Brand & Experience Officer

Greg has spent the last 30+ years creating experiences that move people. He takes the latest developments in neuroscience and applies them to transforming the guest journey and experience to create a bigger impact — just like his effervescent personality does.

Ben Goedegebuure, Chief Global Strategy Officer

A true globe-trotter based in The Netherlands, Ben leads our global efforts, building solid relationships and collaborations across the industry and the world. As a PCMA Lifetime Achievement Award winner, Ben brings a wealth of experience to help you succeed.

Mary Casey, Chief Client Officer

Mary and her team of sales & marketing professionals deliver experiences that succeed. A love of travel has allowed her to work around the world throughout her career in the travel & events industry — one that spans more than 30 years. Whether in the corporate, association, trade show or live events market, Mary’s expertise and advocacy makes the seemingly impossible possible.

John Wahle, Chief Technology Officer

John leads all aspects of our Information Technology initiatives. With more than 25 years’ experience in application development, IT infrastructure, end user experience and security/compliance, John and his team use technology to deliver amazing experiences for clients and guests in the constantly evolving landscape of event technology.

Leslie-McKee Leslie McKee, Vice President

With over 30 years of experience in management and operations, Leslie brings focus and excellence to our process and procedures. She manages the day-to-day business and keeps the train on the tracks!

Tim Simpson, Design Strategist

The cornerstone of Tim’s career has been his ability to create transformational experiences for brands of all types. He’s well known for helping companies make money, though if you ask his wife, he can’t balance a checkbook to save a life.

Claire Lester, Design Strategist

A 20-year event industry veteran, Claire brings a wealth of experience to the table with her background in event management, technology, marketing, business strategy and design. In addition to running our Master Designer program, Claire’s expertise includes event destination strategy, enthusiast event design and incentive program design and strategy.

Jennifer O'Grady, Design Strategist

Jennifer’s superpower is her authenticity and ability to quickly connect with her audience. A maven for collaboration, she celebrates an inclusive process that engages, empowers and ensures the buy-in of diverse stakeholder groups. Jennifer is a seasoned Master Designer and has played a key role in our experience design education program.

Alan Bruun, Design Strategist

Rachael Riggs, General Manager, Environmental Strategy

For more than 30 years, Rachael has been dedicated to creating holistic event experiences that motivate people to be the best versions of themselves. She’s passionate about giving back to the events industry and improving the guest experience by keeping wellbeing at the heart of design. She certainly keeps us on our toes and feeling good.

Jeff Sacks, Managing Vice President, ESN

Jeff epitomizes the Maritz credo of “Work Hard, Have Fun and Get the Job Done.” Having spent 30 of his 33 years in the industry with our company, he has certainly been a part of change and has helped drive our company’s growth. Jeff has an intense desire to drive development of the “whole” person – both personally and professionally.
