Mary Anne Zoldak has a passion for creating cultural environments where people can achieve and live to their fullest potential. As senior vice president of people and development, she currently oversees all of Maritz Global Events’ people-centered initiatives including human resources, professional development, the company’s Unleashing Human Potential philosophy and the fight against human trafficking.
With more than 25 years of experience in people and development, Mary Anne has been instrumental in transforming Maritz Global Events’ employee experience. By implementing an aspirational coaching model, focusing on building a culture of trust, joy and fulfillment, and embracing the application of whitespace for all employees, the company has a steady increase in employee engagement scores over the last three years.
During her tenure with the company, Mary Anne has served in a variety of roles across numerous divisions, with a special focus on leading culture through change. Prior to joining Maritz Global Events, as corporate director of human resources at Quanterra Environmental Testing, a division of Corning Inc., Mary Anne developed people-centric models as the leading approach to mergers and acquisitions.
Mary Anne is a valued member of Maritz Global Events’ Executive Leadership Team, guiding the people and development strategy for the company and its divisions – Maritz Travel and Experient. She is an active member of SHRM and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Westfield State College and a Graduate Certificate of Studies from Harvard Business School.
